Its an easy assumption to make. Ever seen the early photos of the Obamassiah hanging out in Chicago barbershops with his Muslim friends? Oh, I forgot, most of the media won't show that.

Seeing the truth behind the Obamasiah isn't ingorance (as was so arrogantly charged), it's intelligent, truthful insight.

Don't be defensive as even native Texans can be ignorant. We all are to some extent as no one knows everything.

People all over the country think he's a Muslim, but it might be because when George Stephanapoulos was interviewing him, B.O. said something about his Muslim faith. George corrected him and said, "Do you mean your Christian faith?" B.O. said, "Yes, my Christian faith."

How in the world does someone speak about his faith and get it wrong? That is like a grown man saying, "When I was a little girl...." It just doesn't jive. That faith comment was a huge blunder on his part. Why wouldn't people believe it? If he promises this, that, and the other, how can he get out of that one?

I'm not saying he's a Muslim or not a Muslim, but if he hasn't a clue what he is, I'm not going to even try to guess. Like I implied in an earlier post, being a member of Wright's church might even be worse than being a Muslim.

Wait!! Hold the press!!!

Obama's not a muslim?!?

What the OP didn't say was the the poll was taken by only 50 people... all in first or second grade. The poll says "550 registered voters." So... I figure... 2006 Census has Texas at 23.5 million people. So, I'm guessing they think 550 is a good representative figure! (What is that? 2.4/100,000ths?) Sounds like a good sampling to make a generalization off of. Sheesh.

It's a poll... "Figures lie and liars figure!" Polls will be manipulated to say whatever the person who's using the numbers wants to when finessed enough. Even I learned that from my statistics teacher (yeah... some of us Texans even went to college, believe it or not!).
