The article only mentions tuition. Not tuition, books, supplies, room, board, flat fees, per-credit-hour fees, and other usage fees you cannot escape from, whether you use the services or not.

When I went there, even in grad school where tuition is 2x undergrad rates, it was a relatively small part of the whole story.
