Ok so im lookin at getting some land for myself and some family members to build a few houses on. From what I was told in Tx you have to have at least 1 acre to beable to have a septic tank. So i would need enought land to build 4 houses on. Does anyone know what and how they allow land to be divided? Or know a contact # for someone that could tell me?

No not set on Elmdale just thats were I found a few lots that were right next to each other that were priced good. Thanx for the link ill take a look
