Wish my daughter would call the CO. She does not have an ID nor is she and the two children been enrolled into DEERS, and has never recieved BAH or financial support from her husband while he was deployed or now that he is back. I as well as she has contacted his Ist SGT and nothing was done, and no response was given as to the inquiry, other than they will handle it. There are huge medical bills to be paid because while he was deployed she had to make several trips to the ER that were of a life threatening nature. His chain of command is weak!!!! He has never paid the rent or utility bills, relying on his 17 year old step son and my daughter (and me) to pay his obligations. Now he wants a divorce, thinking this will relieve him of all financial obligations from December until now. Can I call anyone with this concern, he moved out of the house, took even the washer and dryer, and left her with no money or food, he had her quit her job prior to this happening. He also has 3 children from a prior marriage and the ex wife is also a soldier who has primary physical custody of the children. Where do I go with this?
