Everything I put out here has been checked ahead of time. If you do not like it, that is alright by me. I am not here to make everybody feel good, but to set things right as far the truth and facts.
If you do not like it, that is life . You can not have the lies without facing reality & the truth as well.

I'm sorry but USC gets most of it's players from around the nation. They get 1 or 2 from California. Florida as well. Florida does not NEED to go to Texas. USC does not need to go to Texas. Miami does not need to go to Texas. Florida has won two national championships with only 1 Texas player on each team. USC has won conference championships and bcs bowls and a national championship with NO significant Texas player on the team.

How many conference championships and top 10 finishes does Texas Tech have? NONE. What happened when Texas Tech played Ole Miss in Dallas this past January?

Where was I wrong? Tell me where? I'm a huge Texas fan as I grew up watching that team. I know the greatness of the Horns but they have struggled to win conference championships but has won 3 bcs bowl games. Texas doesn't need to leave Texas. That's because they are Texas. The get the majority of the best of Texas. Tech can't say the same which is why bringing them up is laughable.

Well I didn't say I spoke for anyone and what I have put out there has just as much merit as anyone on this board.

Lighten up. I just simply have some disagreements with you and you have disagreements with me. The beauty of being an American. Didn't say I disliked it. But I just disagreed and I responded as did you.

You need to check on NASA before you disagree. This comes straight from the NASA sight.

Some of you may not like this guy, but some great points: Countdown with Keith OlbermannCountdown with Keith Olbermann

LOL at Texas seceding.

PS: I'm Black by the way. The thought of Texas seceding is just so dumb. Rick Perry is an idiot and I can't wait until him and his $1,000 hair leave office.

NASA is HQ'ed in DC. Don't know why that is so hard for you to believe.

So you live and work around "them" daily. That still does not prove your point that "most blacks are very scared of BHO and the power hungry Government."

The operative word here being "MOST". Do you mean most of the blacks you work with? Or most of the blacks in Texas? In America? Please cite a credible source while you are at it beyond your workplace, like that defines how "most blacks" feel about Obama.

Would you mind enlightening the rest of us as to why "they are very scared" of Obama?

I think the rest of the country would like to see Texas secede. It would be worth watching. So what's stopping you?

I haven't met a single black person that is afraid of Barack Hussein Obama. Most of us love him.

I agree. And for good reason. We also have to remember, for all the faults with our government, it's still a heck of a lot better than most other countries in this world. Which is not to say they are without fault.

I am neither for nor against Texas or any other state seceding. I would just like to see it progress to see how it plays out. I think Alaska has the same idea, and they definitely have the resources to sustain themselves, and it's not limited to football.

It's been talked about, but I would like to see some intelligent discussion on it rather than have it categorized to some fringe extremists as it usually gets portrayed. Anyway, good luck on your movement.

And IMHO a great many Texas football players go to other Division IA football states because they like the coach, or the program, or they want to be on the starting team, but that's a whole nother thread.
