Hi! We are going to be moving to the area in about a month. My husbands office will be in Chandler so we thought we would try to find a house in the area, we will be renting. We have 4 young children, 6,5,3 and 2 months. How are the schools? Can anyone give us any information? I have see many things on other towns in the Tyler area but nothing about Chandler. We will be coming down in a week or so to find a house and can explore a bit more. Thanks in advance for any help and information!

Chandler is a suburb of Tyler. Almost everyone that lives in Chandler works in Tyler. They are in the Brownsboro School District....which is about 10 miles west of Chandler. Where are you coming from?

Thanks! We will be moving from Eastern NM, Hobbs, but are from the Waco area. I knew Tyler would be the main place we would have to go for shopping and such, just concerned with the schools. The schools here in Hobbs are horrible and I really want to have a good school for my kids.
