Where do you meet people in College Station to date - that aren't college kids? Any groups or such that exist in the town that anyone knows of?

Why on Earth would you want to do that when you have so many hot young ladies just moved away from home and trying to experience new things?

FWIW, when I was there I knew a handful of single people age 30-50 who were absolutely miserable socially. If you're not 20-something (preferably under 25) or married, it can be a rough place.
