Default Texas Art Institutes: Dallas or Houston??

Texas Art Institutes: Dallas or Houston??
Thanks in Advance!

Context:
Hi, I am currently living in DC but plan to relocate to Texas this fall. I am very interested in the Art Institutes and have done quite a bit of research. Seems there are many varied experiences. I am specifically focused on the Web Design/Interactive Media BFA degree program. I already have a BS in Economics from the University of California - Berkeley but am planning to change careers. I will be working part-time as a personal trainer to support myself.

My Questions:
1. Between the Dallas and Houston institutes, is one particularly stronger in Web Design/Interactive Media? Graphic Design?
2. Which school has better facilities?
3. Better Teachers? Student satisfaction?
4. Better overall job market?

I am very focused and motivated so that's not an issue. Just want a very solid academic experience.

Thanks!!
