I'm crackin' up at this one! Texas benefits? what a laugh! I suppose they might mean unemployment... and as for that,, I wouldn't know,, cuz I never was in that situation. Go ask Obama,, he seems to be wanting to hand out to anybody! ! ! !

Texas does have unemployment benefits but I believe you have to work for at least a year to receive them. Benefits last from 10 to 26 weeks and you must be laid off from your job or your company closed down. If you quit your job it's next to impossible to collect. There are plenty of jobs in Texas if you know where to look. If you're looking for welfare you best look elsewhere like up north.
