Default Can someone direct me to property manager that handles rental HOMES in Robinson?

Can someone direct me to a property manager that handles rental HOMES in Robinson?

We just got the word that we MAY be moving to Texas. I get my "pick" of where... as long as it's central to the work. Waco is about as central as it gets, but I'd prefer a small town.

I'm having a hard time finding anything FOCUSED on Robinson, which may be why it looks so good.

We're old hats at this state-to-state moving stuff, and in my experience, the harder it is to track down this stuff online, the better the area is!

We rented a duplex in the Hewitt area when we first arrived here. Kelly Realtors ( Kelly, Realtors -- Waco, Texas' Real Estate Company )handles a lot of those properties. There's a fairly nice duplex subdivision behind the Hewitt post office. That's where we lived. Robinson is indeed a decent area. My only complaint is about the roads in older Robinson. They're really, really bad. Patches on top of patches with potholes in between. You'll see if you drive through the area. That's one of the things that kept us out of Robinson.

Hewitt, Woodway, Robinson, Lorena, and China Spring - you won't go wrong with any of those. Hewitt & Woodway have the large school district (Midway), Robinson, Lorena, and China Spring are smaller but still have good schools. I'd consider any of those areas good places to land. Good luck.

Well the streets are finally getting repaired and/or resurfaced. The only rental properties in Robinson are a handfull of townhomes near the primary school. You almost have to know someone to find a house to rent here. I had three rent houses in town a few years ago and always had them re-leased well before the existing lease expired. This was due to the residents telling friends about their upcoming relocation.
