True bashing isn't fact related. It simply is a mechanism to draw attention. Consructive Critism, on the other hand, tends to show more thought, and as a general rule, is more facually based, and other posters can make more reasonable statements for or against the subject matter.

Of course, this is all highly subjective. One can only hope that debate on any hot-button topic will be factual, and be informative, rather than be erroneous.

Ohh!! You forgot Texas is also #50 in the category "State you wanna mess with". Yea, meaining it's the last state you pansy other states would want to pick any kind of fight with so shut your &$(k1#g mouth!!

Pretty scary how some people can make any numbers look good or bad depending on there political beliefs. Kind of like climate changes ?

Those laws don't make much difference. There are so many uninsured in southern CA that the police don't even try to enforce insurance laws. Most are illegals but what difference does that make. That is why our insurance is so high across the country, the uninsured. All states should move to no-fault insurance. It could not cost any more anyways.

Comparing Texas to almost any state in the country is an apples to oranges comparison. How in the world can you compare states the size of Houston to a state the size of some countries?
