Default TTC is it a dead issue yet?

What's been the word on the ttc (trans texas corridor).i am against it but haven't heard any word about it lately.

It's been renamed to make it harder to follow in the news, but AFAIK it is still sitting on the back burner for the moment.

There is that 2 year moratorium but pretty much every toll road project/plan got an exception so it turned into a moratorium for "air".

It's now called: Innovative Connectivity in Texas: Vision 2009.
Keep Texas Moving - TxDOT Texas Corridors

Basically they broke up the big TTC into smaller projects.

And now Cintra may get bought out by some debt heavy corporation. Where does that leave Texas since we made a deal with Cintra for those roads ?
