Default Moving to Sherman - HELP
Trying to find a rental home in Sherman. It seems like they are all gone by the time I call from the newspaper. Cannot find a property manager to help me either. Having to move June 1. Anyone have any rental houses in Sherman? I am a great tenant! Secure job.

Funny you should ask!! I was in Sherman today and saw a property management sign in a yard in some very nice brick duplexes near the hospital (guess I noticed it because there are so few places for rent there).....I looked the company up just now and it is

Southwest Management
1520 Texoma Pkwy # A
Sherman, TX 75090
(903) 893-0114

I don't know anything about the company but it appears to be the only one listed inproperty management. Hope that's helpful.

Thank you so much - but they will not work with me as you have to be there in person in order to lease a property with them. Talk about relocation! Thank you anyway!!

Are you saying you want to rent a house sight unseen? That's really not safe.

There are rental listings in Sherman posted both at Realtor.com and Craigslist (Dallas). Just do a search and you'll find something.
