When I saw the thread title, I immediately thought, "They're already here", but I was thinking of the 'In-n-Out' oil change garage about 1/2 mile from my house.

This is from an "insider"
they're going to texas, give it a year or so. they have the land and everything all ready, they just need to build a warehouse in AZ so the truckers are going from (either) LA or LV to Texas on one trip..
And this is In-n-outs "denial", notice the verbiage:
Thank you for your e-mail and for your interest.
Although we are unable to confirm a site in Texas at this time, In-N-Out Burger® plans on expanding as far as we can, and particularly into areas in which our customers have expressed interest. As such, we are happy to let our Real Estate Department know that you would like us to open an In-N-Out Burger® location in your area.
Thank you again for contacting us.
Sincerely,
Maggie Henriquez
Customer Service Representative
As for them only having a few locations in Nevada, keep in mind that other than LV and Reno, there is literally no population base in Nevada. That being said they have ten locations, which is plenty for Nevada.

Oh I know. I've seen Nevada. Just got back from there. Just wish they would put one in down around Lake Tahoe . As for Carson City............ whatever, there isn't much there at all. Heck, even Reno is smaller than the suburb of Dallas I live in.

In-N-Out is burger heaven. Anytime we land in at LAX, it's a law that we pass through there first for food.

I'm a tried and true diehard DQ fan. The makings of a Texas town are three things: post office, gas station and Dairy Queen. I'll remain a loyal customer to this Texas tradition.

Its largest franchise is the Texas Dairy Queen Operating Council which runs the majority of DQ locations in the state of Texas.

NOTAM! I can't believe what I just read. You would welcome In-N-Out?? This coming from a woman who never frequents chain restaurants and is Texan through and through. Is this right? Did my eyes just deceive me??
