Cool Bored in Amarillo

It is looking like I may have to spend the weekend in Amarillo, can anyone recommend a good friendly gun shop to visit in the area? Or suggest some other activities that may be accessible in a semi truck?

I would say go to Palo Duro Canyon, but those roads would be very hard to navigate by a semi-truck. You could go to the Big Texan (very cheesey) or the Quarter Horse Museum. You could probably pull up something interesting if you just googled "Amarillo".
