Default Bill HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sale Act of 2009

This is a new bill being introduced into Congress.

OpenCongress - Text of H.R.45 as Introduced in House Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009

OK, anyone know if this is a hoax or for real? It looks real to me. I just now googled HR 45 and there are numerous websites regarding this bill. If this manages to pass, we are in deep sh*t. Even if it doesn't get passed, this administration is going to be constantly inventing ways to chip away at our freedoms and rights. Regardless if you believe we have the right to bear arms or not, this is flat out monkeying around with the Bill of rights and these people (our new messiah & co.) need to know that we the people of the United States will not stand for it!

The tyrants introduce bills like this every year, all the time. Most of them never even get reviewed by their prospective committees. The ones that move out of committee are the ones we have to worry about.
