Lol...funny you should say that. I talked to a lady who works for Century 21 just today and she said she is really busy right now and has 5 clients that are moving or have moved here from California......2 from San Diego ...my hometown. I'm starting to see more and more plates from Cali all the time. I've seen traffic get worse in the 8 years (almost) that I've lived here. Luckily I don't have to be in traffic....and hubby works from home.
