Texas National Anthem
Just for fun, if Texas had (or if they secede and soon need  ) a national anthem, what would it be and why ? No disrespect meant for the current state song, "Texas, Our Texas", but what do y'all think ? I was originally thinking of "Miles and Miles of Texas" by Asleep at the Wheel but now I'm kinda leaning toward "God Blessed Texas" by Little Texas. |

How about "Happiness is Lubbock Texas in my Rearview Mirror"?
For some reason, I was under the impression that "Yellow Rose of Texas" was already some kind of semi-official state anthem.
