Default Texas National Anthem

Just for fun, if Texas had (or if they secede and soon need ) a national anthem, what would it be and why ? No disrespect meant for the current state song, "Texas, Our Texas", but what do y'all think ? I was originally thinking of "Miles and Miles of Texas" by Asleep at the Wheel but now I'm kinda leaning toward "God Blessed Texas" by Little Texas.

How about "Happiness is Lubbock Texas in my Rearview Mirror"?

For some reason, I was under the impression that "Yellow Rose of Texas" was already some kind of semi-official state anthem.

You do realize he came back to Lubbock at the end of the song?

Maybe something by Rage Against the Machine? They are great at anti-American songs.

It should at least be by a Texas composer. How about one of those songs by the Dixie Chicks?

I think that song is perfectly fine for our state anthem.
