Default San Benito?

I just wanted to get everyones opinion on this city. It a small city in the rio grande valley.

Not a bad town. Sits right next to Harlingen...actually it's part of Harlingen now. Perfect distance from south padre island, the harlingen airport, Mexico, and McAllen.

im sure san benito would be quite upset about it though.

brownsville etj extends all the way up to san benito now... and they started crying about it so brownsville had to cede land back to them.

Are you familiar with San Benito? What's the story on the old airport there in San Benito? Now it's a truck school I think? I have seen photos of that airport during WW2 and they used to do some Uboat patrols from there...the old blimp mooring circle is still there in the middle of the field.

I was born and raised in San Benito. I enjoyed the fact that even though it was a small town it was still close enough to larger cities for shopping. I recently moved to East Texas, so I miss visiting SPI on the weekends. I love the Blue Marlin Restaurant and miss their jumbo shrinp.

im not totally sure but i think whatever was left was damaged badly by hurricane dolly
