Isn't both of those location in South Dallas??

I don't understand why they'd put the same areas. Anyway, those neighborhoods are definitely not the worse that Texas has to offer imo.

Yes, they're both in South Dallas about a half-mile from one another, just south of Fair Park. They may be seperate subdivisions though.

I wish the OP had provided more information. such as a link to the source for that list. As it is I can't give it any credibility, as it leaves out some high crime areas that I'm aware of.

"Dangerous Neighborhoods" are we talking about "violent crime" or "property crimes"?

Some of the safest neighborhoods in Texas are very low in "violent crime" but high in theft... ?
