Can anyone direct me to a website where I can find out what the occupancy guidelines are apartment complexes? I used to manage apts in Calif but the rental laws are so different here in Texas.
That being said, I'm still pretty sure it is illegal to have up to 10 people living in an efficiency apartment.
The management at the compex where I live has taken to such practices with at least 7 units and I need to know what resources I have on my side as a good tenant.
Anyone with info please email me at phardin64@yahoo.com as it is easier for me to get into my email than accessing this board. Haha. It took me nearly 25 mins just to get registered.
Thanks
Austinmama
