Default Browns Landing - Lake Palestine

I had a chance recently to visit Browns Landing at Lake Palestine. It will be very nice once they have homes built there. They are starting new construction on some homes this past week. Most of the lots are large and they still have many water front lots still available.

Default Brown's landing

Wow! Brown's Landing is unlike any other subdivision I have seen on Lake Palestine. I walked over it the other day, and just could not get over how pretty it is around there. It is definitely a MUST SEE if you are in the Lake Palestine area.

Hi, JR -

I just came across this thread and it made me wonder if you bought at Eagle's Bluff or are you still in the market? How do you feel this compares to Eagle's Bluff?

Brown's Landing looks beautiful from the photos on their website. This seems to be more of a boating community as opposed to Eagle's Bluff with their clubhouse and golf course. I didn't see any mention of golf or a clubhouse in the photo gallery of Brown's Landing.

We were very interested in Eagle's Bluff a couple years ago, but we decided to not try to sell our house at the time. We are still very interested in moving back to TX and try to keep up with what's going on in the Tyler/Lake Palestine area as best we can as it's such a beautiful area.

Susan
