Default Callaway Villas

Anyone have any experience with Callaway Villas in College Station? A friend of mine is looking at them. They are geared to college students, she 48, jut took s job on the area. I was applaled at the roomate situation, basically you have to share an assigned roomate regadrdless of floorplan, there are no single units. Its all collges kids, no place for a mature professional.I don't like the way the electric bill is parseled out--the said the complex pays all electric, which led up to believe she wouldn't have an electric bill, the told her the complex pays all bills to the electric company then charges back to the tennent, with as service fee. Sharing an apt with a roomate gives you very little control over the electric usage, they told her it ran $75--$100 month total for electric, BS, I think perhaps more like $400/month with 2 people, someone in there all the time, lights always on, tv and computer running, ac set as low as they like, electric stove, electric clothes washer/dryer, and electric water heater on their meter. No way would that be $75/month.

Besides, she would be out of place, at 47, with a bunch of college kids.

So, asnyone with an opinion!
