Thumbs up Single male moving to Temple

I am a 24 year old guy who is moving to Temple for a job. I've lived in TX all my life, but don't know much about the town. I am looking for an apartment/condo. Are there any complexes or parts of town that are preferred for younger people? Thanks. Any other tips are appreciated.

In the south of Temple, just east of I35 and south of Tx 36 (Loop 363), The Brooke Apt's... plenty of younger but all ages, some families, military, students...

Or head south from 363 on South 31st St (intersection where Scott & White is located). Some old some new apt's down that way.
