Hi Everyone,Husband and I are getting ready to travel to Texas to start the process of looking into relocation. We've been offered a job on Port Aransas but would like to live in a more rural area. Hopefully at least 5 acres of land. All the info. out there is starting to make me see double so my basic question is for someone living in the Rockport, Ingleside, or Portland area....We have a daughter entering highschool next year. I have researched all areas and now would appreciate some feedback on experiences at these schools. No where is perfect but I would just like to hear some opinions. Any help is much appreciated. STAY OUT OF SAN PATRICIO COUNTY - CURRUPT CURRUPT CURRUPT - COUNTY OFFICIALS INCLUDING THE COUNTY JUDGE. He thinks he a Big Fish in a little pond, and there is way to much small town politics, thats why I no longer have a business there and would never spend another dime in that county. I would stay with Corpus Christi, it's a big town with a little town feel, better paying jobs, I love it there. Of course there is your typical big town crime. Flour Bluff is a nice area so is aransas pass, port aransas and rockport.
