Default Texarkana 30/59 interchange
Was driving to Memphis on 30 from Dallas and went through Texarkana and notice the new freeway construction around the city, txdot is really building that corridor, is that for the new I-69 to Houston, I saw that sign for 69 on I-40 in Memphis?
