i was thinking the same, there are plenty of areas in Houston where people have to use steps on their sidewalks from the road level up to the house level.. if some of the pictures posted over the last few pages classify as hills then Houston has hills...

I'm not mocking either, the back story is I'm from the west coast and the first time we drove from Texas to Florida was an eye opener for southern yellow pine trees! It looked very foreign to us, as your statement of Dallas looking strange, sounded to me....

psh, both cities have their nice areas and their ghetto areas. that picture of Dallas doesnt make it out to be much of a jewel.. most of the buildings in front of the skyscrapers look grimey and run down.
