I know, it doesn't look too good. I remember they switched back to the old lighting, then they switch back to blue.

The Spire Master Plan

I think this would be awesome for a company that want a campus-like HQ or regional office. State Farm should have went here instead of building a 1.4 million sq ft campus in Richardson.

I highly disagree. The blue doesn't work for a building that's really dark.

Lighter colors like white really pop when lit with colored lights.

Darker colors absorb more light than they reflect as with Chase.

If Chase were white those lights would reach closer to the top of the building & the blue could be seen a lot further away.

Maybe they should reclad the building or change the light color.

This may very well be true...but thats what makes the lighting a unique site because they DIDN'T go the safe, expected route. Dallas is known for taking chances and sometimes you have to think outside the traditional box. And in this case job well done...The hole in that building glows blue so well its mezmarizing. I think that even if you dont like the blue and brown scheme together when you drive up to it at night you cant help but think "Point Taken".

Those warm white flood lights looked 1,000 times better IMO.

The blue can't be seen from as long of a distance.

They should've swapped out the old style flood lights for some energy efficient warm white LED's, not the colored ones. It would've turned out better in the end. Also that big blue Chase logo looks tacky as hell.

Warm white light shows up much better on the dark brown facade.
