Default How ironclad are prenuptial agreements in Texas vs other states?

I am not getting married anytime soon but I am planning on starting a business and am wondering how good TX is in relation to divorce if there was a prenuptial agreement. Lets say someone gets married, has X amount of assets, divorces and theres much more assets, can they be claimed? I can't find good info on this, some say its almost impossible to get out of others say its not always enforeceable etc. I heard TX has only 3 years alimony unlike other states where its indefiniate so hopefully TX is good.

With lawyers now days not much different than other states.Alimony depends o the partners situation in Texas as does settlement in divorce. 60% if adultery is proved to be the cause.
