Look at Waco with its history and I mean history in Texas even before it was Texas. Waco represents it with its history all though recently it has been dark but still history.

The Chislom Trail ran right thru the heart of Waco.
The Cotton Palace
Texas Ranger Museums
Texas Sports Hall of fame
The Brazos River and suspension bridge which was the longest bridge before the brooklyn bridge.

Cameron Park which is the largest city park in the state.
