You need to live in Deer Park proper or the area of Pasadena along Fairmont Parkway that is zoned to Deer Park schools. Deer Park has the best schools in the immediate area. There are some nice apartments on Fairmont next to the HEB, also some nice apartments in Deer Park near Pasadena and Center Streets.

I thought those were in the Pasadena school district. Sometimes it is hard to tell, my daughter lives in Deer Park but her house is in the La Porte school district.

Kinda crazy isn't it but you may be right, hard to tell where the line is but I think it is Space Center. Here is a link to the DPISD map: Deer Park ISD District Map
