In Dallas the high will be in the 40s and we might get some snow or winter mix!

Predictions say it will be colder and wetter than normal.

What do you think it will be like?
I hope the predictions of colder come true!!! There is small chance of snow in Houston on Friday! I am hoping!!

Some of my FaceBook friends are begging for summer to return. I honestly don't see how anyone can stand these Texas summers. I swear, that is so crazy. Like you, I'm loving the cold. It is so refreshing to take walks now while in summer, I'm a wilted rag and my dogs hate it as much as I. I still haven't turned on my heater and don't plan to. It's staying about 60 - 62 in the house, which is plenty warm.

Snow in Houston possibly on Friday? Wow, I hadn't heard that yet. I'll have to check to see if any is in store for central Texas. I so hope so!!

I understand it's snowing in El Paso now. That's so cool...no pun intended.

I haven't turned on any heat either and our temps have gotten into the 40's. I'm going to watch a different channel at 10 and see if they say the same thing.

It's snowing right now as predicted here in Lubbock. We're expecting anywhere from 1 to 6 inches depending on where the snow bands go.

For now the snow has quit falling north of Lubbock but the fields are white. Looking out toward Lubbock, the visibility is about 1/2 a mile. Luckily there is no breeze to cool it down more than it already is but the dogs and cats are staying in their houses today. Me too.

Too bad it's still autumn lol.

But I'm loving this weather as well, and the stick in the mud as usual is hearing people complain about the "cold". Us Texans lose our minds any time the temps dip below 60. After months of heat, they'll whine about a few days of cool weather.

Yeah technically it is still autumn...details details....lol

You would think as hot as it was this summer, most people would welcome the cold......guess not.
