RSTX is on a distinguished road
I went to college there in the early 90's (1990-1994) at Angelo State University. I really enjoyed living there and would have stayed had I not met a cute girl and fallen in love, both with her and Central Texas. Very nice people in San Angelo. Low humidity lends itself to cool mornings even in summer. Lots of stuff to do there. At that time there were around 100,000 citizens. May be more now. The community is pretty conservative, reflecting the region. I don't have any pictures, but you can google "Angelo State University" and they will have some.

Good luck.
