What are good (safe and low-noise) apartments complexes in Richardson, TX? Any areas or apartments that must be avoided?! Thanks for your input!

Since Richardson is in the Dallas area, you should also post this question on the Dallas Forum. There are plenty of poster's who live in that area and can assist you.
