the gf and i will be headed up to the big bend area in january and i'd like some input.

we're most likely going to be driving up from piedras negras/eagle pass and staying in the area for 5 days or so then drive back south.

what are some must see places? places to stay at? eat at?

i'm not huge on touristy stuff, so things off the beaten path would be great.

thanks.
