Cross Roads, TX
Looking for information on Cross Roads, TX -- the community, the weather, schools, etc. Live in CA and cannot get over the affordable housing that the state has to offer. Found an amazing house in Cross Roads and am wondering what the catch is...

You only found 3, I found 5! Must be the best city to get lost in! No one would ever know which one to look for you in!

Cross Roads
Okay, I have been through (2-3 times) the one near Aubrey, it is right off of HWY 380. I live in Plano, about 30-40 miles away.
It is small mostly like a village, and in between bigger cities (Denton & McKinney). I don't recall any schools, weather would be hot in the summer (we have had about 14 days of 100+ degrees in July and we are in a drought).
Not much info, hope this little helps.

Hello. We live right outside of Cross Roads on HWY380. They have several master planned communities in the area. If you visit www.380Guide.com you can find out all kinds of information about the area. The prices on the homes are great and you get a lot for your $$. We have lived in the area for 3 years and love it. People have moved here from all over.
The master planned communities all have links on 380Guide. I hope it helps you out.

The Crossroads I know is in East Texas, kind of between Athens & Palestine. Small town (2A high school). I know nothing about the town though, except where their high school is.
