Default BBQ poll

Greetings fellow Texans,

We may have done this before, but what the heck if we do it again.

Ranking right beside chicken-fried steak and Tex-Mex and catfish, in Texas, Barbeque! Poll question is, what type, etc?

And yep, I know I wont be able to work in all the choices, so feel free to chew me out (no pun intended) if I missed anything...

You didn't have ribs on there. My "other" is pork ribs. That's really the only way I like BBQ'd pork.

Another less popular favorite (of mine, for sure) is cabrito, barbecued the cowboy way - in a pit dug in the ground and buried overnight or longer with the hot coals.

I have $10 cash finder's fee for anyone in the Austin area that can direct me to some place where I can find this. SERIOUSLY!
