I've never heard of an "Edwards well", but I remember you are looking for land near Harper. I grew up in Junction, just west of Harper, and that area is sitting on the Edwards Aquifer. I found this site that has a description of an Edwards well about 1/3 of the way down the page.
Hydrogeology of the Edwards Aquifer The area around Harper is very pretty and getting more popular by the day. If you find a place you like buy it. Lots of good people out there. Best of luck to you. Rick |
