Any neighborhoods in the Dallas Area (Not Fort Worth or Dallas or Tarrant County) that are old and have a colonial/British fill to them but are not run down or ghetto or not too pricey.

No, not really. That's more of a New England thing, for obvious reasons.

It's going to be mostly brick houses down here, and no real Colonial feel.

I assume you are talking about the feel you get in Boston, Hartford, those areas.
