Question Which apartment is better

Which is better?

1- Getting an apartment in College Station for $550 which does not include utilities.

Or

2- Getting an aparment in College Station for $650 which includes all utilities?

If both were equal in all other aspects.

Keeping in mind that it’s an apartment for me and my spouse only.

Considering utilities costs these days, I'd say the $650. Does utilities include Cable TV/Internet?

Depends on which utilities it includes. If it's ALL utilities, I would go for $650. If it's only electric and gas they pay for I would say go for the $550 deal.
