It's important to take inflation in account. For instance the dollar count spending of, say, Obama could be the highest, but with inflation taken into account other presidents may score much higher because the dollar was worth more back during their presidencies.

Please read up on things before you make blanket statements like this one. Get your facts straight, please. This immigration issue applies to people who have committed crimes, not just random people off the street. If an illegal commits a crime, then and only then can law enforcement check their immigration status.
