It is about time we got some good press in spite of the local media...

I am quoting from WTVG the local ABC affiliate:
Toledo job market outlook among best in nation | 13abc.com (http://abclocal.go.com/wtvg/story?section=news/local&id=8190297 - broken link)

"Employment opportunities are looking up for Toledoans. The latest Manpower survey shows the Toledo area job market is expected to be one of the strongest in the country in the next few months.
It's been a rollercoaster ride of companies closing and high unemployment during the past few years. Now Toledo is grabbing headlines for job possibilities.
The latest Manpower employment survey ranks Toledo's job outlook as the 4th best in the nation"

"Across the board, during the next three months 27 percent of the companies surveyed plan on adding staff"

"While some of the jobs might be seasonal, the outlook for Toledo shows a 9 percent increase in potential hiring from the same time one year ago."

I wonder what that statistic is normally. It sounds bad to me, because I imagine 73% of companies laying people off; but maybe it's normal for a good chunk of the economy to be neither hiring nor laying off.

^ Most of the companies surveyed were holding steady and keeping their current staff.
