lower price would be a good start for the southwyk mall land . But like I said something for kids to do would be a nice thing cause there is nothing much for kids to do in a family perspective in Toledo. Kids are the future so they need activity to bring there spirits higher . More housing and more stores ant it just more clutter Toledo needs activity. There nothing like that in Toledo it would bring in more people if there was something to do. The zoo gets old after a while the same old same o. Look what Toledo looks like it don't have any brightness to it at all. It needs a whole new IDEA.like I said Kids world a fun place when people drove by and seen all those people having fun it would lift the Toledo spirit up to a higher level. The old way is dead we need something new" just my opinion Thanks for reading..

My spouse retired in May and I'm still working in West Virginia, so we aren't in Toledo much anymore. Does anyone know anything about this proposal? Is it likely to happen?
Dillin Corp - The Village at Southwyck

That proposal is about 5 years old, and if I recall, Dillin Corp. is no longer anywhere near being in the picture anymore.
