I don't have a specific complex name, but the area across the street from the front of campus, Old Orchard, is nice. A lot of single family homes, but I know there are some apartments farther up on Kenwood.

Contact the University of Toledo. They can be very helpful when looking for housing. They will let you know which apartments are on their buslines, and put you within walking distance if that is what you wish.
