BOOOO! Ben Konop, liar! BOOOO!
I heard a clip of the guy who heckled this Ben Konop character, and I have to say its one of the funniest things I've heard in a while. The heckler sounds like the kind of guy I'd want to have a beer with.

I think it was funny, personally. The guy was exercising his first amendment rights, and didn't assualt anyone or use profanity. I might do the same if PA Gov Ed Rendell or Scranton Mayor Chris Doherty show up in my neighborhood. |

And Konop tried to act all polite and statesman-like, and the guy blew him off.
He probably would've cemented a lot of votes had he blown a fuse and yelled at the guy to shut the F up. That kind of stuff worked for Carty. |

First I thought the heckler came off like a bit of an ass. Then I thought Ben Konop looked like an even bigger ass for taking it all with a smile and not going over to confront the guy.
Then... the facts came out that Konop's camera crew had trashed the guy's flower bed and the heckling was purely in retaliation. Fortunately, the two had their beer summit and were able to talk through their differences.
