I always hate seeing pictures of stripped trees because it means one thing, the Tornado was devastating.

One more insane image from EF4 in Kansas. Looks like the stairway was the place to be. Geesus. Thats the foundation of the home but nothing remains except the stairs.

Not really an outbreak today but take a look at whats happening in Mid Section. Hail being reported all over the state of MO and IL. Up to 3.25" hail reported by trained spotter.

* AT 558 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR MARYLAND HEIGHTS...AND MOVING EAST AT 45
MPH. HAZARD...DEVELOPING TORNADO AND BASEBALL SIZE HAIL.
SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION. IMPACT...SIGNIFICANT HOUSE AND BUILDING DAMAGE POSSIBLE. MOBILE
HOMES COMPLETELY DESTROYED IF HIT. SOME TREES UPROOTED OR
SNAPPED. VEHICLES WILL LIKELY BE THROWN BY TORNADIC WINDS.
