Who is (was) better? Both are next level mets and both have their strengths, but who rules supreme and why?

Gary England, by far. The father of on air doppler radar and the first to successfully use it to predict and locate a tornado. His knowledge of tornados in broadcast meteorology is unmatched.

James Spann is great as a presenter of info (a storyteller, if you will), but isn't known for any forecasting innovations.
