However have absolutely NO IDEA where to start.
I'm in my early 20s from Scotland and any information on where i could get started with working visas etc would be amazingly helpful.

It is hard to get a job that a Canadian citizen can do since they tightened things up about non-citizens taking jobs so hopefully you have savings.
