Family Move!

I we are a family of 4 and would like to move to Toronto. I am looking for an area that is safe, has good schools, young families, people who are interested in natural health(only because i am in the natural field), has lots to do, health food stores, parks, diverse people etc..... my son is hearing impaired with a cochlear implant, do any of you know where the services are?
