I am a CEGEP student in Quebec and I have a 93 average so far. Last semester I had a 91 average. Additionally, I am taking a natural science course and would like to get into their life science department. But I don't know what I want to take yet. Maybe Genes, Genetics, and Biotechnology.

Is that going to be difficult for me, especially in the University of Toronto?

Thanks!

P.S. I am talking about St. George campus, so the one in Toronto.

U of T is a tough school with very high standards. At least, that's what I found studying the humanities (H.BA in English) compared to my friends at other Ontario schools. I found I had to work much harder than they did to get the same grades. Their prof's expectations and standards were much lower, generally speaking.

I don't know about sciences, but I doubt it would be any different. It's a tough school. Anyone can get B's and C's with a reasonable amount of effort, but to get A's you really got to work hard.
